So like recently I've been getting these weird panic attacks about stuff. Like I'll just be sitting there and all of sudden think about something and then I get this overall sense of uneasiness. It's accompanied by like a pit in my stomach and I kinda just start shaking and freaking out. I know you are no doctor, but I thought this might be something different that is more mental or something. Like I dunno do you think this is normal teenager/growing up stuff or do you think it's something more?
